2. The Service
The Service is a touch-typing training application: adaptive exercises, per-symbol skill tracking, and session statistics. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue individual features; if we introduce paid functionality, we will update these Terms in advance.
3. Accounts
- You sign in via an OAuth provider (GitHub, Google, or Yandex). You are responsible for the security of your provider account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by the law of your country).
- You can delete your account at any time in the Service settings. Deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, bypass access controls or rate limits, or attack the Service or its users.
- Scrape or otherwise bulk-collect data from the Service by automated means.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of third parties.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, training texts, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your training statistics remain yours; you grant us the right to process them as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
The Service is provided without uptime guarantees. We may suspend it for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or specific training goals.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited to 100 USD or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, notifying you where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in advance via the Service or by email, and will update the effective date and version number. The current version is always available at /terms; previous versions are available on request. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
